I recognize that every client is unique and you have specific goals you want to accomplish. In some instances, you may come to me unsure of what you want or need, in which case I’ll help you develop your vision based on my evaluations. In most cases, personal trainers only tell you what to do and how to do it, but they do not teach you the why. Educating my clients on the WHY is where I invest a lot of my time to ensure that you are capable of carrying this program on your own if and when our journey together comes to an end. Each of my programs is 90 days and teaches you a lifelong set of skills in and out of the gym that feels not only like an education but also like a certification.
